The office folks are extremely pleasant, maintenance is very competent that is important to me. I have great neighbors and we all seem to get along just fine. We each have a balcony, and I use mine every day, no matter what the weather is.
I've been here for 3 months and had problems with every little thing. Maintainence takes days to come "fix" the problem. None of the amenities such as the pool or gym are open.

Good price for a great apartment. Has all the necessities for living and is in a great location close to Woodman's. Parking can be sparse for visitors on weekends. Management is extremely helpful and responsive. I've been here three years now. Very accommodating staff and excellent maintenance crew.

When I first came here to look at the apartment I liked it right away so I told the girl in the office Becky that I would like this unit that Im in. I really like all the girls in the office. They are so nice & so helpful to me when I need something.,They are wonderful girls.
I am thoroughly enjoying living here ! Our apartment faces the real meadow, so it is extremely private. I'm very happy and management plus the staff are truly incredible. Ive lived in the Meadows for 6 years now & I really like it here. All the Employees are very nice I never had a problem with anyone here.
It is also near McHenry County College and Coll. Lake Lily sits at the center of Lakemoor, with a number of smaller bodies of water to explore as well. You can spend a day on the water, or at one of the parks and beaches along Lake Lily’s eastern shore.

This place is a joke and waste of money. Living at the Meadows during the pandemic has been great. My family is safe and they worked with me during these trying times.
